Mowyla (Move On With Your Life), is a company he has informally started that produces natural, handcrafted jewellery and artefacts from found objects.\u00a0 Gideon\u2019s strongest passion is making wine!\u00a0 He has a small vine yard, where he grows an Indian version of target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">home career learning environment<\/a> and its impact on career development.\u00a0<\/p><p>Rayan is Assistant Director at The Promise Foundation and leads the Jiva programme.\u00a0 Since 2012, when he completed his training, he has met more than 20,000 students from private, aided and government schools for career counselling through individual and group workshops Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Assam and Punjab.\u00a0<\/p><p>He manages the Jiva Network of Career Counsellors which is spread across India and is a trainer in the <a href=\"https:\/\/jivacareer.org\/?page_id=5432\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jiva certificate course<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Rayan, holds the post of Treasurer of the Indian Association for Career experience as a school counsellor, has been highly successful as a career guidance specialist.\u00a0 She has subsequently met a number of children for career guidance in Bangalore and
