Submission and Selection

Step 1: Select your theme

  • Select a Theme and Topic that interests you from the Conference Themes page.
  • Make a decision as to whether you would like to propose a Scientific Paper, Thematic Symposia, Poster, Workshop or the Special Session.

Step 2: Submit your proposal

  • Download the Proposal Submission form here
  • Fill in and send the completed form to:
  • You are welcome to submit more than 1 proposal

Step 3: Selection criteria

  • The conference is supported by an excellent international Scientific Committee.
  • Members of the committee will consider your proposal and decide upon its suitability for the conference using the following criteria:
  • Academic rigour
  • Coherence and clarity of concepts
  • Relevance to Conference Theme
  • Relevance to an international conference audience
  • Workshop proposals will also be considered for: practical relevance and skills orientation
  • You will receive email intimation regarding the selection of your abstracts or suggestions to make it more suitable for the conference.

Step 4: Finalisation

  • On selection of your proposal, you will be given a deadline to submit your final abstract or a full paper.
  • You will receive, via email, your Presentation Registration Document which will confirm all details pertaining to your presentation.
