Audience and exposure

The Jiva Conference is targeted towards professionals in the education, human resource and career guidance and counselling sectors from India and over 70 other countries. The conference will be attended by practitioners, teachers, counsellors and others who are directly or indirectly involved in delivering guidance and counselling services as well as researchers and policy makers. The conference is expecting over 800 delegates.

Pre-conference exposure

  • The names and details of all exhibitors will be carried on the conference website which will be open to the general public from mid July 2009 onwards.

  • The website will be actively promoted by The Promise Foundation (conference organiser) and the International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance - IAEVG (co-organiser) and all conference partners.
  • This will be through regular emails, newsletters, posters, fliers and other publicity material reaching a wide range of institutions across the globe.

  • For example: IAEVG's communications in August 2008, reached its active members representing 16,499 individuals from 60 countries spanning Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Oceania.


During the conference

  • The conference will be attended by 800 delegates from different parts of the world.
  • Each delegate represents many hundreds of individuals and potential customers.
  • It is likely that your material would be included in the libraries, catalogues and career information systems of the associations and institutions represented by conference delegates.
